OFFICIAL: Premier League club announce manager sacked by mutual consent
Premier League club Newcastle United have confirmed that manager Steve Bruce has left the club
However, Bruce has been in charge for just over two years
The new owners have decided a change is needed with Newcastle having failed to win a match this season
Newcastle can confirm that Steve Bruce has left his position as head coach by mutual consent.
The club would like to place on record its gratitude to Steve for his contribution and wishes him well for the future.
Graeme Jones will lead the team on an interim basis, starting with Saturday’s trip to Crystal Palace.
Steve Bruce said;
