Jadon Sancho has experienced a difficult start to life at Manchester United and needs more time to adjust to the demands of the Premier League.

The England international winger has not yet registered a goal or assists since joined Old Trafford from Dortmund.

Former Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor has sent a warning note to him ahead of star return

Sancho, who finally completed his move to Old Trafford from German giants Borussia Dortmund in July for a £72.9million fee

has had a disappointing start to life back in England, with the winger struggling to find any sort of rhythm.

In the 21-year-old’s defense, he has not yet had a consistent run of opportunities, being played on both the left and right

As well as sometimes starting and then stepping off the bench.

However, when he has been on the pitch he has struggled to match the levels he reached whilst at Dortmund.

“I’m worried because the big man Rashford’s on his way back,” Agbonlahor told talkSPORT.

“If you’ve not started in the Premier League and Rashford’s coming back, then he’s going to be even further down the pecking order”

“Rashford will come straight back into the team with Greenwood on the right and Ronaldo in the middle”

“He’s got to start putting in performances before Rashford becomes available”

Rashford, who is edging closer and closer towards a return from a shoulder problem

Is destined to be deployed as a winger this season, with Cristiano Ronaldo tasked with leading the line-up front.
