Ten Hag approve transfer deal for top target but Man United are refusing to submit a bid
Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has reportedly made signing Chelsea star Hakim Ziyech a priority for the Red Devils as he seeks to strengthen Manchester United’s attack
However, while Ten Hag wants Ziyech, the Manchester United board is blocking a move for the Chelsea forward as not everyone at the club is convinced about the move.
@mufcMPB tweeted: “Hakim Ziyech is a PRIORITY target for Erik ten Hag at Manchester United.
“But Ziyech is not unanimous within the club so currently the transfer is blocked.”
Meanwhile, Manchester United boss Erik ten Hag has slammed Cristiano Ronaldo for leaving Old Trafford early during Sunday’s 1-1 draw against Rayo Vallecano.
Ronaldo was substituted at half-time and left Old Trafford before the end of the friendly game against Rayo Vallecano.
Ten Hag told Dutch outlet Viaplay Sport Nederland: “I certainly don’t condone this. This is unacceptable. For everyone. We are a team and you have to stay until the end.”
