A 21-man-strong Chelsea squad has completed the journey to Sweden and arrived in Malmo ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League fixture.

The Blues completed their final training session at Cobham in preparation for the game

Before leaving England this afternoon, arriving in Sweden shortly after 6pm UK time.
