“We will work on it” – Solskjaer reveals the weakness Man Utd showed against West Ham
Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has revealed the weakness his Manchester United side showed in the 2-1 victory over West Ham on Sunday.
The Old Trafford boss believes his team still has a lot of works to do on the defense side.
Admitted the front line is now balanced with Ronaldo playing alone side with Sancho, Greenwood, and Fernandes.
However, the recent form from Jesse Lingard has now registered two goals in two appearances.
Despite the England International players often coming up from the bench during the second half of the match
“We have to work better defensively, no doubt,” said Solskjaer after the win in London.
“In the first half, we were too easy to play through.
“We will work on it because there is no respite when you play football”
“I’ve spoken about how you can’t take rests when you defend.
“We dropped into a back six [for the goal] and there were too many spaces. We were too late to charge the ball”
“We’ve already sorted that and spoke about that at half-time.”
Defending is one of the major Manchestet United has, as the Red Devil always keep concede goals
